This page features my custom Excel Tutor Bot, a GPT-powered chatbot I created to help students with Microsoft Excel in IS101.
The bot can answer questions and give step-by-step help with things like: Writing basic formulas and using cell references, Functions such as SUM, AVERAGE, MIN, MAX, IF, VLOOK,Sorting and filtering data, Creating charts and graphs, Basic PivotTables, Formatting cells and using conditional formatting
The goal of this chatbot is to make Excel feel less intimidating and more approachable. You can ask simple questions like “How do I make a sum formula?” or more detailed ones like “How do I create a column chart from my data?” and it will walk you through the steps.
